1. What We Collect

• Order details: cryptocurrency, amount, deposit address, PayPal email, and the USD amount paid out.
• Discord account: if you sign in, we store your Discord user ID and username so you can track your orders.
• Card purchases: processed by PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic logs: IP address and timestamps for fraud prevention and debugging.

2. What We Don’t Collect

We do not require KYC. We do not ask for government IDs, selfies, or home addresses for standard orders. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. How We Use It

• To process your exchange and pay the correct PayPal account.
• To show you your order history when signed in with Discord.
• To detect and block fraud or abuse of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations if required by law enforcement.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service: PayPal for payouts and card processing, CoinGecko for live prices (no personal data sent), Discord for authentication, and our hosting provider. We do not share or sell your data for marketing.

5. Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by applicable financial-services law (typically up to 5 years). Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your Discord link at any time.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in with Discord, and Vercel Analytics which records anonymous, aggregate page views. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us on Discord to exercise any of these rights.

8. Security

All traffic is served over TLS. Order data is stored on servers with restricted access. We do not hold custodial wallets for users — deposit addresses are used to route single transactions.
